Our practice

Our rheumatology practice at the ATOS Clinic Heidelberg

It is particularly important to us that you feel at ease with us. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we welcome you to a bright and friendly practice.

Location & directions

Our accessible practice is located at Bismarckstrasse 9–15, on the 2nd floor of building B, which is easily reached by lift. If you come by car, parking is available in the ATOS Clinic’s public car park. If you prefer public transport, please use the stop Bismarckplatz.

Patient-friendly waiting times

Careful scheduling and good organisation keep waiting times for our patients as short as possible. Nevertheless, appointments may occasionally be delayed, for example by emergencies – we ask for your understanding. To make any wait pass quickly, our waiting room offers comfortable seating and Wi-Fi.

Directions

From the motorway in any direction, take the Heidelberger Kreuz interchange towards Heidelberg. In Heidelberg, turn left at the first traffic lights, then exit right onto the B37 towards Eberbach. Follow the road with the river Neckar on your left. Watch for the parking guidance system pointing to car park 14 (P14). This car park is located beneath the ATOS Clinic, with designated spaces for women and disabled drivers, CCTV security and direct access to the practices and wards.

From Heidelberg main station, the following VRN lines run directly to Bismarckplatz: tram (OEG) lines 5, 22 and 23 and bus lines 29, 33 and 34. There are also direct tram, bus and OEG connections to Bismarckplatz from all directions and districts.

Coming from the ATOS Clinic car park and building A, take the front walkway on the 1st floor into building B; from there the lift takes you directly to our practice rooms on the 2nd floor.

Simply give us a call or send us an e-mail. We will be glad to help.
